L'Association Euro-Mediterranean Association of Exchanges Volunteers Events (EURO-MED EVE), Italy

Euro-Med EVE is a non-governmental organization based in Italy, focused on empowering young people, youth workers, trainers, and volunteers through intercultural exchanges, mobility programs, and educational initiatives. Its key objectives include:

• Supporting and creating platforms for civil society engagement.

• Encouraging youth to actively participate in social and civic life.

• Promoting volunteerism and healthy lifestyles among young people.

• Equipping youth with essential skills such as initiative, cooperation, respect for cultural differences, tolerance, democracy, equity, and social dialogue.

• Advocating for the inclusion of marginalized groups in all social processes and activities.

• Fostering cultural exchanges between Italian youth and Euro-Mediterranean youth to promote mutual knowledge, understanding, and access to diverse cultures.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

This Training Course aims to empower youth workers with innovative strategies and methods to foster inclusion among diverse youth groups. By examining successful educational approaches from different countries, the course provides participants with:

• Practical skills to better engage youth groups sustainably.

• Opportunities for international collaboration and knowledge exchange.

• Tools to enhance their impact within local communities.

The training will focus on innovative approaches that inspire youth workers to create inclusive and supportive environments for all young people.

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT

1. Develop Innovative Inclusion Strategies: Equip youth workers with modern tools and methods to engage diverse youth groups effectively and promote inclusivity.

2. Enhance International Collaboration: Facilitate the exchange of best practices and experiences among youth workers from different countries to strengthen local initiatives.

3. Promote Sustainable Youth Engagement: Encourage long-term participation by creating supportive, inclusive environments that cater to the needs and interests of young people.

METHODOLOGY

The training will be based on non-formal educational methods, which include:
